The sold out show at the District in downtown Rockford showed the kind of styles you usually think of in Paris. “It’s a neat event because what it does is, it shares what we do as hair stylist with the general public, and they don’t usually get into our world,” said Clare Schwartz, the show promoter and owner of High Maintenance Salon.
